The railroad company that lost its bid to keep running the commuter rail is suing to block the winning bidder from taking over.
This could affect hundreds of thousands of passengers come July.
According to The Boston Globe, the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company said the company "Keolis" lied about accidents and deaths in Europe.
They also said the MBTA helped Keolis through the bidding process.
