ARLINGTON, Mass. (WHDH) - An impaired driver crashed through a wall at an Arlington restaurant Saturday evening.

Scutra Restaurant on Summer St. had patrons inside at the time, such as a 70-year-old Arlington woman who was eating dinner at the time and was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

"We are fortunate that injuries were not more serious, and we hope for a speedy recovery for the woman who was injured," said Police Chief Frederick Ryan.

Nick Martirosyan, 57, was arrested for his second offense of operating under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

He was released on $200 cash bail and is expected to be arraigned in Cambridge District Court on Monday.
