DANVERS, Mass. (WHDH) -

A court has sealed evidence in the case of a Danvers student accused of killing his teachers.

According to The Herald, cell phone records belonging to Philip Chism will remain under wraps for now. The smashed phone was looked at by forensic experts but what, if any, evidence may not be disclosed until the case goes to trial.

Chism is accused of raping and killing math teacher Colleen Ritzer, and then dumping her body behind Danvers high school.

He is due back in court in April.
