No medal for Newton-born figure skater Gracie Gold at the Olympics, but she did get quite a prom proposal.
“We’re both blond, 5-foot something, and graceful on the ice. The Olympic judges got it wrong. You’re the only gold I see but I have one question to ask. Gracie, will you go to prom with me?”
A California teenager made the video.
Gold saw it, and tweeted that it “melted her heart.”
But she didn’t say yes or no.
