With the Olympic games ending Sunday, it’s back to work for the Bruins and the rest of the NHL.

The final month of the NHL season will be a sprint to the finish and into the playoffs.

In March alone, the Bruins will play 17 games in 30 days, a run that includes six back-to-back contests.

“When you play that often you can get on a roll and if you do that you can have a really good month and we wanna focus on trying to do that and like I said carry that into the playoffs,” said forward Brad Marchand.

Many of the Bruins will be coming home with medals, including Tuukka Rask with a bronze for Finland and Patrice Bergeron with a gold for Canada. Loui Eriksson also took home the silver for Sweden.

The Bruins are already getting prepared for the next round of games with a practice on Saturday, which was the team’s third day of practice.
