Autistic teen from East Boston reported missing

BOSTON (WHDH) - The MBTA Transit Police have reported that an autistic teen who often frequents the MBTA is missing.

Jeffrey Cooper, 19, from East Boston was reported missing Thursday evening.

Cooper has gone missing on the MBTA in the past. He has a LoJack SafetyNet device which has been activated.

He's described as a black male, around six feet one inch tall and weighing around 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green Red Sox baseball cap, a red and gray jacket, blue jeans, a black backpack, a blue Superman watch on his left wrist and gray high-top sneakers.

If anybody has any information on the teen's whereabouts, they are asked to contact Transit Police at (617) 222-1212.
