Team USA got in one final practice before Wednesday's quarter final game.
They're facing off with the Czech Republic led by current Bruin David Krecji and former Bruin Jaromire Jagr.
"We go out there and play hockey the best way we can, and do whatever we can to get a win,” Team USA forward Phil Kessel said.
The pressure is really on now because a loss here means no medal.
"I think the margin for error is smaller in these tournaments because you only have one opportunity and you know like I said these are the games you wanna play, these are the fun games to play,” Team USA forward Dustin Brown said.
The Americans have won all three of their games so far, including one in dramatic fashion in a shootout against host country Russia, but they know today will be different.
"The pace picks up in the games, intensity picks up in the games, so it gets... The importance of every play is magnified so we, those are the type of games that are fun to play," Team USA forward Zach Parise said.
And the man behind the bench for Team USA is expecting his guys to perform under the pressure.
"Now you are looking at playing one game, and you win and you are ready to move on, and that's what we have in front of us here. So I think this team knows how it needs to play,” Head Coach Dan Bylsma said.
The Czech Republic’s hockey team played a game yesterday. Team USA has not played since Sunday after earning a bye.
