Man suspected in armed robbery at Lunenburg gas station

LUNENBURG, Mass. (WHDH) - Police are looking for a man suspected in the armed robbery of a gas station in Lunenburg early Wednesday morning.

At around 2:30 a.m., police responded to the Honey Farm and Mobil service station on Leominster-Shirley Road.

The suspect entered the store, brandished a knife and demanded the clerk hand over money that was in the register. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and several cartons of cigarettes.

He's described as a white or hispanic male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches or 5 feet 10 inches tall, with dark hair and a small build.
