Lawyers for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev said they don't want his trial to begin any earlier than September of 2015.
Prosecutors expect the trial to last three months.
If he is convicted, it would last another six weeks, while a jury decides whether he should get the death penalty.
Tsarnaev pleaded not guilty in last April's attack.
