Small storm cruised through here overnight with many cities & towns getting an inch or less but now that little bugger is gone and it’s back to the sunshine today. Despite the sun being with us today, it’s cold with afternoon temps briefly in the low 30s (our normal high temp is 38). Clear skies tonight & cold yet again with lows by early Tuesday morning into the single numbers/teens.

Tuesday and Wednesday are both sunny, dry, cold winter days with daytime highs in the 20s each afternoon. High pressure is with us until late Wednesday night-early Thursday morning. Thursday is a potentially stormy day across southern New England. Unfortunately, as of blog time, the track of this storm is not locked so I can’t blog about (yet) rain/snow lines and how much rain/snow is on the way. I can tell you to prepare for another day of poor travel on Thursday. An early guesstimate would have most of us in a plowable snow event by Thursday afternoon with the greatest amounts of snow just north/west of Boston. More on this later today-tomorrow. Sunshine returns for Valentine’s Day.

Have a great week!
