Prosecutors and defense lawyers for marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are scheduled to be in court Wednesday.
The status conference is the first court hearing in the case since Attorney General Eric holder authorized prosecutors to seek the death penalty.
Tsarnaev is facing a 30 count federal indictment related to the finish line bombings and also the murder of MIT police officer Sean Collier.
Tsarnaev pleaded not guilty.
