BOSTON (WHDH) -
A snow emergency kicked in around 11:00 p.m. Tuesday night. The second storm for Boston's new mayor. For 20 years former Mayor Menino led the city during storms.
7News talked to Menino about his plans for Wednesday’s storm and he said he plans on just relaxing.
“I'll be laying in bed, listening to the forecast. And nobody will be calling me saying mayor, we have to do this, we have 200 pieces of equipment out there now and I get a call, the side streets aren't done. Why the hell aren't the side streets done?”
Menino also said he’s still getting used to not being the mayor anymore but is keeping busy with his job at Boston University.
