SANDWICH, Mass. (WHDH) -- -
Strong winds and snowfall in Sandwich has made visibility very low, 7News' Byron Barnett reports.
The only vehicles on the roads early Wednesday morning were snow plows and emergency responders. The snow is light and fluffy, causing large snow drifts that easily move across town, making it difficult to plow and dangerous to drive.
Jefferson Daula has been out plowing for about 20 hours.
"It blows back in the same spot. We have to do it again, so it is difficult," Daula said.
The snowfall and winds are expected to last throughout the morning and into the afternoon. A blizzard warning for the area is in effect until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday.
