All eyes will be on the Patriots running back LeGarrette Blount, and he says he's up to the task.
"There's one task at hand and I’m sure you know what that is. It starts here today and hopefully continues after Sunday's game,” Blount said.
Watching that number 29 jersey is proving easier than getting a hold of one.
"I'm looking for Blount, they must be all out,” said Mary Wild, wild about Blount jersey.
The Patriots pro shop was still sold out of Blount jerseys Friday morning, and staffers are anxiously awaiting a new shipment.
“I was looking for it, I didn’t see it. I thought they’d stock up on them since they were such a heavy seller,” said Robert Gullicksen, looking for Blount jersey.
The pro shop is offering to waive the extra charge for custom jerseys if fans want to wait for them to make them a Blount jersey.
Blount admits he can't even get a hold of his own jersey for family and friends.
“Yeah, I've gotten a lot of requests…I hope you all can find them because I can’t,” the star running back said.
