BOSTON (WHDH) — Trainers at the University of Texas El Paso and Oklahoma State college football game used an odd treatment for cramps Sunday night. Cameras caught them with bottles of mustard on the sidelines.

It turns out mustard is actually good for treating cramps, because it contains acetic acid.

The mustard is eaten, not rubbed onto the skin.

A lot of players were cramping up, but luckily, they had two jars on hand.
