Not every debate can be explosive, and this one proved it.
The candidates were expected to come out roaring, but to me, it sounded more like snoring. All four seemed tired, and who can blame them.
But, if you snooze, you lose, and Mitt Romney who needed a win tonight didn’t get it. He was flat even when he was trying to knock out Newt Gingrich, and he still has trouble talking about his taxes.
The winner was President Obama, who must be watching these debates with disbelief. Obama will spend $1 billion campaigning against the Republican nominee, but during their debates, the Republicans are giving him millions of dollars worth of attack ads for free.
