FITCHBURG, Mass. (WHDH) — A wood pellet factory in Fitchburg exploded Wednesday morning destroying the building.
Two people were working at the time of the explosion, but they were uninjured.
Officials say the wood pellets, which are used for heat, are highly flammable creating a problem as responders tried to contain the flames.
The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
