SCITUATE, Mass. (WHDH) — A judge denied a family's request to turn-off a wind turbine in Scituate.
That family had complained that noise and shadows, coming from the machine have caused numerous health problems for them.
Among other things, family members have said they are having trouble sleeping, and that their children have begun having headaches.
A judge noted though that the family has already signed a $20,000 settlement with the turbine's owner – promising not to oppose the machine.
