CHATHAM, Mass. (WHDH) — Cape Cod shark hunters have tagged a great white off the shores of Chatham this week.
The Atlantic White Shark Conservancy tagged the 13-foot shark with advanced tags that will allow them to track the shark and gather data on its behavior and environment.
The rise in shark numbers off Cape Cod has been attributed to the growth in the seal population in the area.
