BOSTON (WHDH) — Beach goers and day trippers will have an easy way to get from Boston to Cape Cod again this summer.

Governor Deval Patrick announced that in 2013 more than 16,000 people rode the Cape Flyer train this year and that it will be a permanent part of the MBTA schedule for future summers.

The train will run from Memorial Day through Labor Day and will only have four stops between South Station and Hyannis.
