GREENFIELD, Mass. (AP) — State police say the two people who died when their tractor-trailer crashed on a Massachusetts highway over the weekend were from Alabama.

Police say 33-year-old Theodore Wilson, and 45-year-old Eleanor Williams, both of Birmingham, Ala., died when the truck they were in crashed in the median of Interstate 91 north in Greenfield and burst into flames at about 3 a.m. Sunday.

Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

The northbound lanes of the highway were closed for about 12 hours while police investigated.

Police say they are looking at all possible factors, including medical conditions.
