WARWICK, R.I. (AP) — Police say a man whose body was found in a trash barrel at Warwick City Park may have been killed on Thursday or Friday.
The body of a white male in his 60s was found in a trash barrel along a bike path in the park on Saturday. Police say the barrel had been covered with brush.
Detective Capt. Robert Nelson says police know what killed him, but are not releasing that information or the man's name until an autopsy is completed on Monday.
